Some people ask what is art? Well according to wiki,art is the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, typically in a visual form such as painting or sculpture, producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power:

 The term “art” is related to the Latin word “ars” meaning, art, skill, or craft. The first known use of the word comes from 13th-century manuscripts. However, the word art and its many variants (artem, eart, etc.) have probably existed since the founding of Rome.

 Art is a diverse range of human activities in creating visual, auditory or performing artifacts (artworks), expressing the author's imaginative, conceptual idea, or technical skill, intended to be appreciated for their beauty or emotional power.

What does art mean to you?

Art is amazing! It can make us feel happy sad love joy and tranquility.
Art is how one views the world. To me it encompasses values, ideas, and helps to correlate to each other what the imagination is capable of

Art is important because it is what brings meaning and purpose to life. When I think of art, two subjects that frequently come up are love and immortality.

Whether it is cooking, painting or music, we do art as if its our own.

You smile and  sing your favorite song. Any kind of art can give you so much happiness.

You escape  to another world when you just sing or listen to a great song

4. Art gives you the opportunity to embrace the world.

Even words doesn't give that much opportunity like art does. By showing our talent, we show that there is something special about us.
